What if I need to cancel my massage?

To ensure smooth scheduling, I kindly request that you provide advance notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% charge, while those within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% charge. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

What happens if I’m late to my appointment? 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please note that your allocated time will be adjusted accordingly. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
